Conversation Club is a program designed for international students to improve their conversational skills in Romanian. It gives them the opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, practice their Romanian and gain confidence to speak up while having fun!
Unlike an ordinary course, the focus will be on the conversation only, without following a specific curriculum. Similar to an ordinary course, the teacher will correct, discuss and explain all language mistakes.
On this course you will: speak more confidently, communicate more clearly, improve all aspects of oral communication, practice listening more attentively, learn new vocabulary and phrases that help with your fluency. You are invited to ask questions about Romanian!
Teaching methods: role-plays, debates, mini-presentations, discussions, dialogues.
Topics for A1 & A2 levels: introducing yourself, getting directions, daily program, getting a taxi, hotel reservation, buying fruit and vegetables, ordering food and drinks, public places, an invitation, at the pharmacy.
Topics for B1 & B2 levels: places of interest, cities of Romania, online guides, family members, a medical appointment, phone conversations, spectacles & culture, about hobbies, sports, weather.
Duration: 1.5 hours / session, on Thursdays
Starting on the 14th of March 2019 until the 17th of December 2019
Schedule
A1 & A2 levels (beginner level): on Thursdays, 12:00 – 13:30 o’clock
B1 & B2 levels (intermediate level): on Thursdays, 13:30 – 15:00 o’clock
Price: 12 euro / session
Price for 5 sessions: 55 euro
Price for 10 sessions: 110 euro
Printed materials are included in the price. No registration fee, all taxes included.
The minimum number of students for each group is 4 with a maximum of 9. Registration is mandatory and can be made by sending an e-mail at: office@rolang.ro
